This is a Request for Information (RFI) only for planning purposes and is not a solicitation for bids. The work involves providing parts, repairs, maintenance, and updates for specialized timing equipment like Cesium Clocks and Hydrogen Masers in support of the U.S. Naval Observatory. Services will be performed at the USNO in Washington, DC, and at alternate locations in Colorado Springs, CO, Flagstaff, AZ, and Kokee Park Geophysical Observatory. The anticipated contract would use Firm-Fixed Price delivery orders for equipment purchase and maintenance. Responses to this RFI are requested by Thursday, February 12, 2026.
