This RFQ is intended to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. This is a requirement for Delivery of Bulk Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) to Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Monterey, CA. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 325120. This requirement provides for full and open competition. The award will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Method of payment will be Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Amendment 0001 issued to answer questions.
