The NPS DKL provides library space and services to NPS students and faculty. Due to a lack of meeting space and privacy requirements, the Government seeks an office solution which provides library patrons an alternative location to study cubes or conference rooms. Scope:The contractor shall provide all project management, tools, materials, technical expertise, and equipment necessary to deliver and install office pods. Deliverables and Tasks: Item 1: Office Pods (Furniture). Contractor shall deliver, on a brand name or equal basis, SnapCab brand furniture (office pod) which meets the following salient characteristics. Offerors may propose substitute brand names and models provided that the offeror identifies how proposed substitution brand items satisfy agency requirements. Contractor shall deliver and install one SnapCab brand/ model office pod which meets the following physical and performance characteristics: Designed to seat 6 people; contractor shall provide an office pod that includes the following furniture: Adjustable height table that measures approximately 57” long x 30” wide. Bench seating (priced as an optional Contract Line Item Number). Designed to maximize privacy, echo reduction, and noise reduction; at a minimum, contractor shall identify sound dampening materials. Carpet shall be stain-resistant and anti-static. Provide airflow in and outtake fan with control. Provide lighting and control. Electrical: Contain at least one US standard 110v plug (with 110vac-5vdc transformer) and at least one Universal Serial Bus (USB) plug. Input: 100–240 VAC, 10.0 A, 50–60 Hz Output VAC (table socket): 100–240 VAC, 7.0 A, 50–60 Hz USB Charging: Twin USB Fast charger (TUF) combined output of 5A at 5V DC Contain a bracket designed to mount up to a 50” monitor (TV or computer). Upon award, contractor shall contact the Government’s point of contact to identify the Government’s desired color scheme. Item 2. Installation. Contractor shall perform all project management activities necessary to coordinate and execute delivery and installation. Contractor shall assemble and install all components.
