This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement provides for 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code associated with this purchase is 334516. A small business size standard in number of employees is 1000. This RFQ intends to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The method of payment will be Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The award will be made to the lowest-price technically acceptable offeror, meeting all the minimum technical requirements/salient characteristics.
