Notice of Sole Source to American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) for 2020 e-book collection This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a Sole Source requirement to American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) / CAGE 1CCY2 / for the AIAA 2020 e-book collection and is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The award will be evaluated on a technically-acceptable-lowest-price basis. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 511130, size standard 1000. Method of payment will be Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Sole Source Requirement: The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR Part 6.303-2. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
