The hardware/software upgrade is required to continue operating the ECP Model 205 Torsional Control System, which is used in the academic instruction of engineering control systems theory and in support of engineering courses. These systems have been in use for close to 20 years and, they need an upgrade to continue utilizing the systems for academic engineering courses. This requirement is for the upgrade of five (5 ea.) government-owned ECP Model 205 systems; with an optional quantity of four additional system (4 ea.) upgrades.
