This request is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ intends to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The award will be evaluated on a technically-acceptable-lowest-price basis. This is a Sole Source requirement to Turnitin, LLC. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 519130 and Small Business Standard is 1000. Method of payment will be Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Sole Source Requirement: The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR Part 6.303-2.
