(Qty 4) VS-301 Acoustic Vector Sensors This COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ intends to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The award will be evaluated on a technically-acceptable-lowest-price basis. This is a Sole Source requirement to Amphenol Inc. (DBA Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies) The NAICS associated with this purchase is 334519 and Small Business Standard is $30.0 mil. Method of payment will be Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Sole Source Requirement: The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR Part 6.303-2. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
