The Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications offered by HR Certification Institute (HRCI) are the only generalist HR certificates that have been validated by the Navy’s HR officer community. The certifications are independently accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) for demonstrating compliance with the NCCA Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs. NCCA is the accrediting body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. In order to ensure the program offered is in line with HRCI and accrediting standards, Human Resources Center of Excellence (HRCOE) requires that contractor support come from an HRCI recognized Contractor. Contractor will facilitate an on-line distance learning HR Certification Preparation Course with on-site course elements at a Government provided location for one cohort consisting of thirty-five (35) students. The courses will be held during the academic year, and start April 2020.
