The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and/ or services necessary in order to upgrade the existing Avigilon camera system and software, add an additional 10 cameras, and provide annual sustainment/maintenance for the system. All equipment and materials need to be compliant with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) section 889. The replacement equipment will be installed in the existing wiring/system. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and IAW National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) section 889, UFC 4-021-02 Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and all other safety, security, and building codes/regulations. - One (1) x Network Video Recorder NVR 64 terabyte (TB) (NDAA Compliant) with the latest software - Add Five (5) Outdoor Avigilon 5MP cameras - Add Three (3) Interior Avigilon 5MP cameras within the pool area (180-degree field of view) - Add Two (2) Interior Avigilon 2MP cameras in the lobby - Upgrade Avigilon client software for the existing 17 Avigilon cameras - Minimum 30-day video storage/retention - 27 camera channel licenses - Test/Verification of system after installation - System training/familiarization - Annual Sustainment/Maintenance – inspection, repairs, software/hardware upgrades, calibration and any other services necessary in order to ensure the system is operating properly.
