Scope: Navy region Mid-Atlantic (NRMA) Workforce Development requires a dedicated cloud based training suite that will provide training and educational opportunities to strengthen and develop personal and professional knowledge, and skills to support and advance the Region Mid-Atlantic employee’s career growth and advancement. 2. Requirements: The vendor shall provide the training suite as detailed below that meets and or exceeds the training needs of NRMA workforce. -Provide access to a cloud based training program to 500+ employees with a comprehensive Cloud Based Content Library with a content collection of over 3,000 to 5,000 courses. -Vendor shall offer flexible access to allow over 500+ personnel to use the platform during the contract period. Note: Access not used by registered personnel should be opened after 1 week of inactivity to a new user. -The training suite shall include continuous weekly content updates that is not limited to local, state and federal guidelines at no additional cost. -The vendor must have a dedicated customer support team for NRMA employees. General customer service line is not an option. -Vendor shall assist with program launch, roll out, action plans, competencies, employee engagement, internal marketing, surveys, assessments, building training tracks/learning paths, and branding of all materials to NRMA organization. -Provide access to all new content developed throughout the contract period including analytics, implementation; action plans; accountability plans; curriculum mapping to competencies; learning and career paths; employee engagement & retention, surveys, assessments, metrics, etc. -Training suite shall include accreditations and prep training courses that is not limited to CPE, CEU, PDU, IT Prep, PMP, CompTIA, SHRM, and HRCI Recertification. -Provide courses that include Continuing Education Credits at no additional cost. Vendors with Colleges/University CEU preferred. -The training suite shall include at a minimum courses in the following fields: Lean Six Sigma, Administrative, Business skills, Accounting and Finance, Writing Skills, Communication, Leadership, Computer Skills and Software/Programing, Information Technology, Banking, Customer Service, Personnel, Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources, Cyber Security, NAVY REGION MID-ATLANTIC WORKFORCE TRAINING SUITE Management, Marketing, Safety, Personal Development, Project management, Sales, and Time management and Industry Specifics etc. -Provide access to completion certificates and printable transcripts. -Provide unlimited access to live seminars and conferences and all newly added content at no additional charge. -Provide at least two -four (2-4) complimentary virtual or onsite training/conference/webinar as may be requested at no additional cost to NRMA. -Be able to access learning content library through organization’s learning platform, personal computers, laptops, and cellphones to webinars, digital videos, eBooks, self-paced courses, audio conferences, and live training etc. 3. Required Delivery Date: The required delivery date is NLT 28 January 2022 4. Contract Period: The contract period will be for 12 months (One year) 5.
