The Naval Air Warfare Center Orlando Training Systems Division requires a contractor to provide all academic and simulator training for the UC-35D aircraft under a 60-month Firm Fixed Price contract starting on or about 30 October 2026. The performance of services will occur 100% at the contractor's own facility. The contractor must provide complete, stand-alone training courses, including initial and recurrent pilot training, at a certified training center for the Cessna Citation Encore.
