This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation N6134026R0014 is issued as a Commercial Solicitation and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2025-06. This procurement is being solicited as a Sole Source effort with an associated NAICS code of 561920 and a size standard of $20,000,000.00. Brief Description of the Requirement (Please see attached for FULL Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (N6134026R0014): This Commercial Solicitation sets forth the requirement for leasing booth spaces for the InterService/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA) is the exclusive provider authorized for Exhibit space at the OCCC for I/ITSEC 2025. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to NTSA in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated award date is NLT 24 November 2025. The contractor shall provide Exhibit booth spaces for all associated Government booths, 149, 1333, 1233, 1239, 1339, 249, and 2135) and meeting spaces. Booths 149, 1239 and 1233 are expected to be proffered. The space shall be provided from 25 November through 5 December 2025. The exhibit space shall be provided in accordance with the local safety and operational codes and in a manner that shall maintain a safe facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. ** Please see attched documents (1) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and (2) Statement of Work (SOW) for fully detailed outlines and descriptions of the requirements for this SAP buy for NTSA/NDIA. **
