The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to Pray Aviation for flight training services to support the U.S. Naval Academy's Powered Flight Program. The services will be performed at a home airfield in Easton, MD, within 40 miles of the Academy. The contract has a five-year anticipated period of performance, with a 12-month base period and four optional 12-month periods. Training will be provided to 130 future aviators in three summer blocks beginning the Tuesday after Memorial Day in FY26, with each block lasting approximately four weeks.
