This contract is intended to acquire access to Pitney Bowes Shipping 360 System for up to 50 users and Multi-Carrier sending capability via US Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS, and DHL as well as printing US Postal Service Stamps. This effort will also purchase one Pitney Ship Cube for label and stamp printing and replenishment of postal funds variable, not to exceed $8.5k for option years 1-4, and will be via GPC. This will give NAWCTSD the capability of mailing and shipping official mail via a well established system that offers the capability of "shopping" for the best price between the four available carriers which will allow NAWCTSD to comply with "least cost" carrier requirements for Official Mail.
