The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division intends to procure the ADVTE III program, a comprehensive technology upgrade to modernize the Marine Corps' existing networked aviation training systems. The work involves assessing requirements and implementing hardware and software upgrades across numerous CONUS and OCONUS locations, including multiple Marine Corps Air Stations in California, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Hawaii, and Japan. The government is open to proposals for an alternative, non-proprietary Semi-Automated Force/Computer Generated Forces solution to replace the current Tactical Environment subsystem. The anticipated contract is a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity vehicle with a 60-month ordering period. Performance of services will occur both within and outside the Continental United States.
