The Government is providing a list of Question & Answers as an attachment to this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. The Government is issuing Amendment #0002 for the Bahrain UH-60 Mobile Helo Fire Fighter Trainer (FFT) solicitation (Notice ID: N6134025R0059), which contains significant changes. Interested parties should review the amendment in its entirety and ALL offerors will be required to resubmit a quote for the subject effort. The Government intends to procure a Commercial Off-the Self (COTS) mobile Firefighting Trainer (FFT) similar in size and capabilities of the Fireblast UH-60 Falcon DX Fire System Helicopter Trainer and the KFT UH-60 FireTrainer O-100 Helicopter. The Fireblast and KFT mobile UH-60 firefighting trainers meet the US Navy’s initial training requirements, however, the mobile UH-60 FFT would require modifications based on the training requirements set forth by the Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC). The required specifications are outlined in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attached to this notice.
