The U.S. Navy requires the design of a new, combined Fire Fighting Trainer (FFT) and Damage Control Wet Trainer (DCWT) facility in Great Lakes, IL, to replace an aging trainer and meet current student throughput demands. The scope involves providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and PLC control system designs for the trainers, including integrated safety and monitoring systems. The contractor must also deliver and maintain all associated system documentation for technical reviews and lifecycle support.
