This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to award a purchase order, on a Sole Source basis to GC Micro, 3910 Cypress Drive, Petaluma, CA 94954 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements” “Only One Responsible Source”. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to https://www.acquisition.gov inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05 effective 03-07-2022. For this effort, the identified North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 with a size standard of $47M in revenue. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. NAWCTSD intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
