This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N6134024R0018 is to procure commercial services. It incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to https://www.acquisition.gov/ inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2023-04. This Procurement is being solicited as a Sole Source effort. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 532490 and PSC T016 with a size standard of $40,000,000.00. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement includes providing audio visual equipment and services for Government exhibits at the 2023 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). This work will be provided for all associated Government booths (1433, 1533, 1539, 3235, 3249, 3449, 105A, 105B, MR- 681, and MR-687). This conference will be held 27 November to 1 December 2023 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). The vendor’s services shall be provided from 22 November through 1 December 2023. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, material, and equipment necessary to ensure that audio visual equipment and services are provided in the booths identified above for Government exhibits at I/ITSEC 2023. The provision of the audio visual equipment and services will be completed in a manner that shall maintain a safe facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
