Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to award a purchase order, on a Sole Source basis to GC Micro, 3910 Cypress Drive, Petaluma, CA 94954. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. For this effort, the identified North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 with a size standard of $47M in revenue. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. NAWCTSD intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This combined synopsis/solicitation will include two Firm-Fixed-Price CLINs in support of NAWCTSD’s specific requirements as follows: Unity Professional in support of the PDU Unity requirement - 12 month (7ea) On-Demand Training Subscription in support of the PDU Unity requirement (11ea) Delivery shall be made electronically to the Primary Technical POC’s electronic mail: Primary TPOC: William Boyd, william.d.boyd96.civ@us.navy.mil, (407) 380-4636, UIC: N61340 Inspection and Acceptance will occur at the delivery site and will be conducted by the Government.
