This procurement is being solicited on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 513210 (Software Publishers) with a $47M threshold. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc (GDIT). All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The contractor shall deliver a quantity of one (1) VirtualShip Scenario Development Station software suite to NAWCTSD Orlando. See attached.
