Amendment 0003 - This post-proposal receipt amendment is provided as the result of changes to requirements in support of the FTSP program. All eight (8) of the European locations originally planned to be supported by this program have been de-scoped. As the result of this, the following updates have been made: Updated Attachment (1) PWS to remove the eight (8) European locations; Updated attachments L-1 (Question and Answer Form), L-3 (Past Performance Contract Data), and L-4 (ID/IQ Pricing Worksheet); Updated Section M, Part B, Paragraph 1.2 Relevancy, to reflect the current, and accurate number of sites compared in this instant effort; and Updated Section J Attachment 3 Wage Determinations that have changed since Amendment 0001 was issued.
