The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is considering executing this effort under the FTSS V Multiple Award Contract (MAC). In accordance with FAR 16.505 (b)(1), NAWCTSD intends to provide a fair opportunity for award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS V Lot 1 for Surface Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS). The requirement is to provide operations and maintenance services for the Technical Training Equipment (TTE), Training System/Equipment (TS/E), and Training Support (TS) in a Full Operational Capability (FOC). The Surface training portfolio includes various training systems located at multiple training sites around the world, potentially including approved Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of a two (2) month mobilization and one (1) 10 month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) is anticipated to be 1 March 2024. Site Visit for the Training Support Center Great Lakes, IL will be May 22 - 26, Daily Agenda Attached. Note: Participation is limited to 3 personnel from each interested party. Site Visit for Naval Station San Diego, CA remains scheduled for 5 June 2023.
