Provide Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) support for training devices, which are used to provide training for Navy pilots, aircrew, and maintenance personnel. This includes providing all labor, supervision and other services necessary for instruction and simulator maintenance. The following platforms are anticipated to be supported: MH-60S/R, MH-53E, MQ-8, MV/CMV-22B, VH-92A, VH-60N, VH-3D, CNATT maintenance devices, Landing Signalman Enlisted (LSE)/Helicopter Control Officer (HCO), and Night Imaging Threat Evaluation (NITE) Lab.
