The attached draft documentation is for a potential procurement of Ship to Shore (SSC) training capabilities. The funding for this acquisition is not guaranteed and the Government is unsure whether funding will be provided or not. The Government will not know until mid-November at the earliest whether this procurement will move forward. The draft documentation is provided for informational purposes only. If this acquisition does move forward, it is anticipated to be procured as a TSC IV small business set aside. TSC IV small business awardees may provide comments or questions regarding the solicitation prior to 18 November 2022. The Government may or may not provide responses to questions if any are submitted. Should the acquisition move forward, the solicitation will be released with the normal question and response opportunity. NOTE: Any interested party who would like to obtain copies of the Attachments associated with this Draft RFP should contact the Contract Specialist, Mrs. Reshanda Walker at Reshanda.walker@navy.mil. Interested parties will need to provide the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement and a copy of your Joint Certification Program (JCP) DD Form 2345 to receive the data. Export Controlled Data (Attachment L-8) will be provided via an encrypted, password protected zip file via DoD SAFE. The data custodian listed on the DD Form 2345 will be the only person provided the password for the export controlled data zip file.
