This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6. NAWCTSD intends to compete and award a contract that will contain provisions for issuance of Firm Fixed Price (FFP). All items must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant. This procurement is to buy spares for EP-3 Trainer Obsolescence Trainer Upgrade for 2 CONUS locations. Deliveries are preferred no later than 90 days after contract award; early deliveries are encouraged. Contract award is anticipated by 30 June 2023.
