Notice ID: N6134022SS022, Amendment 01 SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Contractor Instructor Maintenance, Operation and Training Support (CIMOTS) for Cargo Offload and Discharge Systems (COLDS). PURPOSE: The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, seeks potential sources to provide CIMOTS including Organizational and Intermediate maintenance for the Strategic Sealift Cargo Offload and Discharge Systems (COLDS). Please reference previous Sources Sought Notice, Notice ID: N6134022SS022 for additional information. The purpose of this notice is to locate additional sources and determine procurement competitiveness and/or barriers to competition. After review of the above mentioned posting (N6134022SS022), the Government requests feedback from potential offerors that have not previously responded to any Sources Sought Notices and/or any Solicitations for the CIMOTS COLDS requirement. Feedback on the determining factor(s) regarding your company’s decision not to respond to prior notices, including any/all barriers encountered which hindered the ability to respond. This information will allow the Government to understand the market and determine competitiveness of current and future procurements of same/similar nature. Responses must be submitted by email to Ms. Brittney Behr (brittney.n.behr.civ@us.navy.mil) in an electronic format that is compatible with Word 2016, no later than 4:00 pm EST, 14 September 2022. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The submission of this information is for PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and this synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotations, request for bids or proposals, but, as stated above, is displaying the Government’s intent to make certain that no other offeror is capable of meeting these requirements; as such, this sources sought notice is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, or for the Government to pay for the information received.
