The Department of Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, has a requirement to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Aegis Training Support Services (ATTS) for the sustainment and maintenance of the hardware and software baselines of the Aegis Trainers, including the Aegis Ashore Team Trainer (AATT) and Aegis Virtual Operator Trainer (AVOT) systems within the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System (ABMD) & Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD). Lockheed Martin Corporation Rotary and Mission Systems (hereinafter “LM RMS”)(Cage Code 16331) of Orlando, FL is the owner of the proprietary software, which operates within the Aegis Training Systems devices and is the only known source capable executing the requirement while ensuring the integrity of training is not compromised. In order to comply with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, the Government is seeking information on the availability of potential comparable sources to provide Aegis Trainer sustainment and support services listed below to the US Navy fleet. Responses to this sources sought will be utilized to ensure no comparable source is available and/or more advantageous to the Government.
