This requirement is for alarm system and hardware maintenance, contractor service, repair, preventative maintenance, and semi-annual test inspection of the Honeywell Access Control System (ACS) to include a badging system (computer/printer/camera), and the Bosch Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at NAWCTSD. The contractor shall provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year phone support able to initiate repairs/establish priority within 4 hours of a trouble signal or a request for service. Additionally the contractor shall be UL2050 Certified. All urgent repairs and corrections shall be completed within 24 hours, and non-urgent repairs and corrections shall be completed within 48 hours.
