These licenses are proprietary to OSI Maritime Systems Ltd. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order with OSI Maritime Systems Ltd. (Cage Code 2C063). This purchase order was issued under the authority of 10. USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The redacted Determination for Sole Source Justification has been attached to this announcement.
