This solicitation is under Training Systems Contract IV (TSC IV) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Only Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business offerors under the MAC will be evaluated and considered for award. See Attached Document The technical data required by Offerors for proposal submission will be made available upon request. Offerors are instructed to send a request for the information, to Howard Rodriguez via email at Howard.Rodriguez@navy.mil, and copy Shaan Charran at shaan.charran@navy.mil, using Section J Attachment 17 “GFI request form.” A list of available GFI is provided in Section J, Attachment 2-14 ”GFI List.” Data disclosure is governed by the restrictive markings on the GFI. All technical data is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Government shall not take responsibility for the accuracy of the information, as it may not be error free, and the data provided is considered “as-is” IAW FAR 52.245-1(d)(2)(iii). The GFI shall be protected according to its marking IAW DFARS Part 227.
