The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to upgrade (2) AV-8B Deployable Mission Rehearsal Trainers (DMRT’s), device 2F241 to OFP H6.2 and deliver (6) DMRT OFP H6.2 modifications kits that will be used by government personnel to upgrade the remaining (6) DMRT’s internally. Additionally, to upgrade (4) DMRT’s to OFP H7.0/7.1 and deliver (4) H7.0/7.1 modification kits, that will be used by government personnel to upgrade the remaining (4) DMRT’s internally. In accordance with Solicitation Section L paragraph 1.1, interested parties under the TSC IV contract, are instructed to send a request for attachments 1 through 4, using Section J Attachment 5, GFI request form.
