This effort will provide E-6B Level D Equivalent Simulator (ELDES) training services that shall include the following: (1) Contractor provided Level “D� equivalent training device for E-6B Pilot, Copilot, and Flight Engineer training. The Level “D� equivalent simulator is to be contractor owned, housed in contractor provided spaces, and within .5 miles of Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK. The device is to be concurrent with the U.S. Navy E-6B aircraft configuration (Boeing 707 variant). (2) Training services will commence 01 June 2020. (3) Contractor is required to provide full maintenance, operations and logistical support. (4) The Contractor shall provide training services availability per week.
