RFQ has been updated to reflect the following changes under Amendment #01 From: Any request for substitution shall be emailed to the Procuring Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by 1300 on 20 August 2020 to 25 July 2020. Multiple shipping destinations for base CLIN and Option CLINs The VESUB Trainer (Device 21H35) is required to train officers and enlisted personnel in the proper execution of the Officer Of the Deck (OOD) using naval navigation techniques and equipment to ensure the submarine is safely piloted and navigated. Operation of the VESUB Trainer utilizes the computers described in this SOW to perform these training functions. The VESUB training systems in Orlando and Groton shall be upgraded to comply with cybersecurity directives utilizing Windows 10 for the Operating System(s). Optional VESUB Statement of Work are to provide the same functionality to the VESUB trainers at Kings Bay, Bangor, San Diego and Norfolk. These optional CLINs will only be exercised if the funding is approved for the remaining four locations. This SOW outlines the VESUB training systems hardware required, the delivery schedule and location(s) for delivery.
