The Contract Specialist uploaded CDRL Exhibits A-F on 19 August 2020. No additional changes were made to any documents.** **The Contract Specialist was notified on 18 August 2020 that some of the newly uploaded files were corrupted and unable to be opened. The files were checked and re-uploaded on 18 August 2020. No changes were made to the content of anything.** **This Solicitation is amended on 14 August 2020 to answer potential offeror questions (Attachment 7). As can be specifically noted in the Modification of Solicitation document, newly required clauses were added to Section I and Section K. Section J attachments were updated to include a GFP list (Attachment 9) and NETC Instructions (Attachment 8). The Required Due Date for Proposals has changed to 5:00PM on 3 September 2020.** The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to provide turnkey live-fire Fire Fighting and Damage Control Training courses to Navy and Coastguard personnel stationed in the Pacific Northwest (PACNORWEST) Fleet Concentration Area (FCA), in the Seattle, WA area. A Sources Sought Notice dated 29 Jan 2020 and Pre-Solicitation Notice dated 13 Feb 2020 for this requirement were previously posted under N61340-20-R-0054. A Pre-Solicitation notice for this requirement was posted on 26 Jun 2020. Please note this is a requirement for training courses to be provided in an existing facility. This is not a military construction (MILCON) requirement. ACQUISITION APPROACH: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements Contract. The Government intends to award the initial delivery order with the basic contract award. The ordering period for this effort is 5 years. The NAICS code is 611519, with a size standard of $16.5 Million.
