The purpose of this procurement is to acquire hardware and software to utilize for installation of one (1) trainer testbed kit at Littoral Training Facility (LTF) in Naval Base, San Diego, CA. Required hardware and software (e.g. specifications, applications, type, dimensions and quantities) are identified in the table Testbed Hardware/Software below. Configuration control is of significant importance, as current environment and support structures (e.g., classroom dimensions, connectivity, environmental controls, utility capacity, etc.) cannot be altered without significant additional expense (cost and schedule) or negatively impacting training capacity. For this reason, no substitute products are being request and/or will be accepted. The Government will make a single award to the offeror whose quote 1) is evaluated as having complied with specified technical material requirement parameters, 2) the lowest total price, 3) can meet the delivery date, and 4) is a small business in accordance with NAICS 334118. The successful offeror shall procure all items in the Testbed Hardware/Software Specifications table below and ensure delivery in the quantities and to the point of contact identified in the line B - Dates and places of delivery, acceptance and F.O.B. destination point.
