The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, FL has a follow-on requirement for Production Support Services (PSS) in support of Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) aboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL and it remote sites, which include: Naval Station (NS) Mayport, FL; Cecil Commerce Center (Cecil Field) in Jacksonville, FL; Orange Park, FL; and FRCSE Jacksonville Detachments at NAS Oceana, VA and NS Norfolk, VA. The requirement provides for logistical services in support of the Depot Level Maintenance effort through operational management of warehouses, inventory and storage of aircraft parts, production of tool kits for maintenance, and external support to the In-Service-Repair Program. In addition, the PSS contractor manages mega centers by conducting environmental support and equipment management functions; and the transportation of materials and components from one point in the maintenance process to the next. The types of aircraft and associated aircraft components requiring PSS include, but are not limited to, the following: EA-6B, F/A-18, H-60, P-3, P-8, E-2, C-2, S-3, T-6, T-34, T-44 and T-45. A single award Cost Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a six-year ordering period (5-year base year and a 1-year option) is anticipated. This procurement is a competitive small business set-aside. The PSC code is M1GZ and the NAICS code is 561210.
