This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures, under Acquisition of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis solicitation N61340-20-Q-0012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2020-06. This procurement is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside for brand name items with an associated North American Classification Code (NAICS) of 334512, a size standard of 500 employees, and a PSC 6685. The support items required for this procurement are mission critical components and Configuration Items (CIs), see parts list attached. These items are specific to MH-53E trainer (Orlando, FL) and are necessary for the sustainability of the training as it pertains to parts obsolescence, preventive training schedule slippage, timely maintenance and effective COMS support. The items will be procured under the authority found at FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Please see the attached Determination Memorandum for Sole Source Acquisitions for specific justification. Consequently, the government will not accept parts other than the specific parts included in the list below, as they do not satisfy the government requirement. The Government intends to a firm-fixed price purchase order with an anticipated award date no later than 28 June 2020. The Quotes are due no later than 2:00pm US Eastern Standard Time on 20 May 2020.
