***UPDATED VERSION*** This notice updates the original synopsis posted 20 December 2019 as shown below. The only update is to change the anticipated period of performance to 01 February 2020 through 30 November 2020. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate and issue a sole source cost plus fixed fee bridge contract with Zenetex, LLC of Herndon, VA, for the NAWCTSD Contractor Support Services (CSS) Contract under Seaport-e Task Order (T.O.) N00178-10-D-6407-HT02. Zenetex, LLC is the current contractor of the NAWCSTD CSS T.O. N00178-10-D-6407-HT02. The bridge will maintain existing CSS augmentation of NAWCTSD Program Directorates (PDs) and their respective portfolios of platforms, programs, schools, and training systems. The anticipated bridge period of performance is 01 February 2020 to 30 November 2020. This action is solely a bridge to continue services of the current T.O. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10, U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed bridge contract extension, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this synopsis must be via e-mail to the Contract Specialist at Jason.j.jackson@navy.mil. No telephonic responses will be accepted. This notice does not constitute a RFP and it is not a commitment by the Government to procure subject services.
