Notice of Tentative Acquisition Strategy under FTSS IV MAC Lot 1 Program Title: E-2C/D Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS). Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under Fielded Training Systems Support Multiple Award Contract (MAC) FTSS IV Lot 1 for E-2C/D Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) and Contractor Instructional Services (CIS), in support of E-2C/D trainers and Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) for E-2C/D and MQ-4C Maintenance training devices at Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, Virginia and Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Point Mugu, California. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two-month mobilization, with one, eight-month base period, four, twelve month options, and one two-month option.
