This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) seeks Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) and other support for the Naval Introductory Flight Evaluation (NIFE) program of the Chief of Naval Air Training Command (CNATRA). The critical objectives of the instruction are to: introduce military procedures-based flight training and performance standards; screen students for aeronautical adaptability; decrease future “drop on request� (DOR) and attrition at follow-on flight school; and improve performance in follow-on primary flight training. Interested Contractors should review the attached Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and respond accordingly.
