This is a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from NAWCTSD for fundamental research and development to create innovative, effective, and cost-efficient naval training and simulation systems. The work involves exploring unique training techniques that incorporate new behavioral and engineering technologies. Acceptable deliverables include empirical research, software models, test beds, and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Proposals are especially encouraged from interdisciplinary teams.
