This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures, under Acquisition of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. Reference combined synopsis solicitation N61340-21-R-0039 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2019-0009 The solicitation shall be awarded on a SOLE SOURCE basis per authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. It is anticipated that this award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside with an associated North American Classification Code (NAICS) of 333318 (Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) and PSC 6910 and the size standard of 1,000 employees. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL has a requirement to procure system spares to support the Marine Common Aircrew Trainer (MCAT). These spare parts will be purchase and deliver to Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Futenma, Japan and MCAS Miramar, CA. The MCAT Spares list below contains 1 part with the detailed part number, part description and part quantities for each required item. The spares list is the same for two trainers located in MCAS Futenma, Japan and MCAS Miramar, CA. See attached document for addition information.
