The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a proposal. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N61340-21-R-0035 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for Fiscal Year (FY) 21 Triton Operator Spares to be delivered to the Triton Fleet Replacement Squadron in NAS Jacksonville, Florida which consists of: (1) RFQ N61340-21-R-0035 (2) Attachment 1, FY21 MQ-4C Triton Operator Spares List. OTHER REQUIREMENTS. All items to be delivered under this contract shall be packaged, packed and marked to prevent deterioration and damage during shipping, handling and storage to ensure safe arrival at destination. The Government will award on a lowest price technically acceptable basis to the offeror meeting the specifications of this RFP. Best value is expected to result from the selection of the technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price. The failure of an offeror to provide information sufficient to determine conformance with the solicitation may result in the offeror being ineligible for award.
