Naval Air Warfare Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a competitive basis, through a HUBZone set aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
