The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a modification for delivery order N61340-19-F-0149 under the NAWCTSD Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), for the acquisition of P-8 Poseidon computer kit 3 (CK3) spare parts with The Boeing Company, Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The expected period of performance of the delivery order modification is approximately 12 months from contract award.
