A pre-solicitation conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on November 16, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. CST. Interested offerors must submit their intent to participate with company name, CAGE code, and attendee name and email to the listed contract specialist and contracting officer. This is not a request for proposal.
