The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to comply with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-1(d) posting requirement. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a FFP contract on a sole source basis to David Perkins Enterprises, Inc., 7538 McElvy RD Panama City Beach, Florida 32408-4919, United States (CAGE Code 1J0J6) for the acquisition of Air Booster Pump Assemblies (ABPA) Build Kits for the manufacture/repair of ABPAs for fleet outfitting. The options will be exercised during fiscal years 2026 – 2031. The delivery timeline for the base quantity of 45 units is 235 days after award. Option 1 for 46 units, 235 days after option exercise, while options 2 through will for five unites respectively will be 180 days after option exercise.
