The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division intends to issue a solicitation for the manufacture, assembly, test, and delivery of several Targeting Detecting Device components and adapters for the Quickstrike Program. The contract will require the provision of First Article units, production, and engineering services under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a base period of twelve months and four twelve-month options. All contract work must be performed at the contractor's own facility, which must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance for handling classified material. This announcement is a market survey to identify capable domestic companies with the required security clearance. Responses should include a company profile, descriptions of relevant production capability and past experience, and evidence of a Secret facility clearance.
